新时期农村社会工作服务站一线社工的职业认同研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

本文聚焦于新时期农村社会工作服务站一线社工的职业认同问题，通过系统分析职业认同的理论基础、现状、面临的挑战，以及提出相应的提升对策，旨在为促进农村社会工作专业人才队伍的稳定与发展提供理论支持与实践指导。研究明确了职业认同的定义与特征，并深入剖析了农村社会工作服务站一线社工的角色定位与职业认同形成机制，揭示了当前农村社会工作服务站一线社工的现状，并指出其职业认同面临的主要问题，包括职业认同感的缺失与弱化、社会支持与资源不足、专业发展与培训体系缺失、工作压力与心理健康问题等。针对这些问题，本文提出了加强职业宣传与公众教育、完善政策支持与资源保障、构建专业发展与培训体系、强化心理关怀与团队建设等对策，以期提升农村社会工作服务站一线社工的职业认同感和工作满意度，推动农村社会工作事业的可持续发展。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the professional identity of first-line social workers in rural social work service stations in the new era, systematically analyzes the theoretical basis, current situation and challenges of professional identity, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve it, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the stability and development of rural social work professionals. This study clarifies the definition and characteristics of professional identity, deeply analyzes the role positioning and professional identity formation mechanism of front-line social workers in rural social work service stations, reveals the current situation of front-line social workers in rural social work service stations, and points out the main problems facing their professional identity. It includes the lack and weakening of professional identity, insufficient social support and resources, lack of professional development and training system, work stress and mental health problems. In response to these problems, this paper proposes countermeasures such as strengthening occupational publicity and public education, improving policy support and resource guarantee, constructing professional development and training system, and strengthening psychological care and team building, so as to enhance the professional identity and job satisfaction of first-line social work service station social workers in rural areas, and promote the sustainable development of rural social work.
