摘 要
在知识经济时代，小学语文教学中的课外阅读对培养学生的综合素质和终身学习能力至关重要。但面临资源配置不均、学生兴趣多样、家长参与度不足和教师专业发展需求等挑战。本文分析了影响小学生课外阅读的因素，如家庭环境、学校资源、社会文化、个人兴趣等，并提出应对策略。包括优化资源配置，个性化阅读兴趣培养，增强家长参与和支持，提升教师指导能力。通过综合分析和实证研究，本文旨在为小学语文课外阅读指导提供理论与实践支持，促进学生全面发展和终身学习能力的培养。

Abstract：In the era of knowledge economy, extracurricular reading in primary school Chinese teaching is very important to cultivate students' comprehensive quality and lifelong learning ability. However, it faces challenges such as uneven allocation of resources, diverse interests of students, insufficient involvement of parents and the needs of teachers' professional development. This paper analyzes the factors that affect elementary school students' extracurricular reading, such as family environment, school resources, social culture and personal interest, and puts forward countermeasures. It includes optimizing resource allocation, cultivating personalized reading interest, enhancing parents' participation and support, and improving teachers' guidance ability. Through comprehensive analysis and empirical research, this paper aims to provide theoretical and practical support for extra-curricular Chinese reading guidance in primary school, and promote the all-round development of students and the cultivation of lifelong learning ability.
