压浆技术在城市地下空间开发中的应用前景

摘  要


随着全球城市化速度的不断加快,城市人口密度急剧增加,地上空间日益拥挤,促使人们开始转向地下空间的开发利用。地下空间的开发不仅可以有效缓解城市地面的空间压力,还能提高城市的防灾减灾能力,增强城市的可持续性。然而,地下工程的建设面临着复杂的地质条件和高难度的技术挑战,其中,如何确保建设的安全性、稳定性及防水性能是关键问题之一。压浆技术作为一种有效的地基处理和加固手段,其在地下空间开发中的应用越来越受到重视。本文围绕压浆技术在地下空间开发中的应用进行了系统的探讨和分析。首先,介绍了压浆技术的基本原理及其分类,包括预压浆技术、后压浆技术、高压喷射压浆技术和化学压浆技术等,并对其优缺点进行了分析。接着,详细阐述了压浆技术在地下交通设施、仓储与商业设施及管线敷设中的应用情况,通过案例分析展示了压浆技术的实际应用效果和存在的问题。最后,本文展望了压浆技术在城市地下空间开发、绿色建筑与可持续发展、智能化精细施工以及新材料研发等方面的应用前景,并提出了提升压浆技术应用的策略建议。本文旨在为地下空间开发的工程技术人员提供参考,推动压浆技术的创新与发展。

Abstract


With the continuous acceleration of global urbanization, urban population density has sharply increased, and the above ground space is becoming increasingly crowded, prompting people to turn to the development and utilization of underground space. The development of underground space can not only effectively alleviate the spatial pressure on the urban surface, but also improve the city's disaster prevention and reduction capabilities, and enhance its sustainability. However, the construction of underground engineering faces complex geological conditions and high difficulty technical challenges, among which ensuring the safety, stability, and waterproof performance of the construction is one of the key issues. As an effective foundation treatment and reinforcement method, grouting technology is increasingly being valued in the development of underground spaces. This article systematically explores and analyzes the application of grouting technology in underground space development. Firstly, the basic principles and classifications of grouting technology were introduced, including pre grouting technology, post grouting technology, high-pressure jet grouting technology, and chemical grouting technology, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Furthermore, the application of grouting technology in underground transportation facilities, storage and commercial facilities, and pipeline laying was elaborated in detail, and the actual application effects and existing problems of grouting technology were demonstrated through case analysis. Finally, this article looks forward to the application prospects of grouting technology in urban underground space development, green buildings and sustainable development, intelligent fine construction, and new material research and development, and proposes strategic suggestions to enhance the application of grouting technology. This article aims to provide reference for engineering and technical personnel in underground space development, and promote the innovation and development of grouting technology.
