摘 要
正面管教理论作为一种以尊重与合作为核心的心理教育理念,近年来在班级管理领域受到广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨正面管教理论在小学班级管理中的应用效果及其实践路径,以期为教师提供科学有效的管理策略。基于正面管教理论的班级管理模式能够显著提高学生的自我管理能力,增强班级凝聚力,并有效减少课堂冲突事件的发生频率。该模式还促进了教师从传统权威角色向引导者角色的转变,为构建民主和谐的班级文化奠定了基础。本研究的创新点在于首次将正面管教理论系统化地应用于小学班级管理实践,并通过实证研究验证了其可行性和有效性,为相关领域的理论发展和实践探索提供了重要参考。研究成果不仅丰富了班级管理的理论框架,也为一线教师实施积极教育提供了具体的操作指南。

Abstract
As a psychological education concept with respect and cooperation as the core, positive discipline theory has been widely concerned in the field of class management in recent years. The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect and practical path of positive discipline theory in elementary school class management, in order to provide teachers with scientific and effective management strategies. The class management model based on positive discipline theory can significantly improve students' self-management ability, enhance class cohesion, and effectively reduce the frequency of classroom conflicts. This model also promotes the transformation of teachers from the traditional role of authority to the role of leader, and lays a foundation for building a democratic and harmonious class culture. The innovation of this study lies in the systematic application of positive discipline theory to primary school class management practice for the first time, and verifies its feasibility and effectiveness through empirical research, which provides an important reference for theoretical development and practical exploration in related fields. The research results not only enrich the theoretical fr amework of class management, but also provide specific operational guidelines for front-line teachers to implement active education.
