摘 要
随着教育理念的不断演进,个性化教育逐渐成为提升教学质量和促进学生全面发展的关键路径。本研究旨在追溯个性化教育的核心理念及其历史渊源,并构建一套系统化的实施策略框架。通过对国内外相关理论与实践的深入分析,结合质性研究方法中的文献综述与案例研究,本文揭示了个性化教育从传统因材施教思想到现代技术赋能的演变过程。个性化教育不仅强调个体差异的重要性,还注重通过灵活的教学设计满足不同学习者的需求。基于此,本文提出了包含目标定制、资源适配、过程监控和效果评估四个核心维度的实施策略框架,为教育工作者提供具体的操作指南。个性化教育的成功实施需要理论指导、技术支持以及政策保障三者的有机结合,而这一框架为未来教育改革提供了重要参考。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了个性化教育的内涵边界,并为其实际应用奠定了坚实的理论与方法论基础。

Abstract
With the continuous evolution of educational concepts, personalized education has gradually become a key path to improve teaching quality and promote the all-round development of students. The purpose of this study is to trace the core concept of personalized education and its historical origin, and to build a systematic implementation strategy fr amework. Through in-depth analysis of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, combined with literature review and case studies in qualitative research methods, this paper reveals the evolution of individualized education from the traditional idea of individualized education to modern technology empowerment. Personalized education not only emphasizes the importance of individual differences, but also focuses on meeting the needs of different learners through flexible instructional design. Based on this, this paper proposes an implementation strategy fr amework, which includes four core dimensions: goal customization, resource adaptation, process monitoring and effect evaluation, and provides specific operational guidelines for educators. The successful implementation of personalized education needs the organic combination of theoretical guidance, technical support and policy guarantee, and this fr amework provides an important reference for the future education reform. The main contribution of this study is to clarify the connotation boundary of personalized education, and to lay a solid theoretical and methodological foundation for its practical application.
