摘 要
当前小学教育评价体系面临诸多挑战,传统以分数为导向的评价模式难以全面反映学生综合素质的发展需求。本研究旨在探讨小学教育评价改革的方向与策略,通过系统分析国内外相关理论与实践案例,结合我国教育政策背景,提出具有针对性和可行性的改进建议。构建以学生全面发展为核心、融合多元评价标准与技术的新型评价体系是未来改革的重要方向。创新点在于强调评价工具的技术化与智能化应用,同时倡导家校社协同参与评价过程,形成多方联动的评价机制。主要贡献在于为小学教育评价改革提供了理论支持与实践路径,有助于推动教育公平与质量提升,促进学生个性化成长与综合素养发展。

Abstract
The current primary education evaluation system faces many challenges, and the traditional point-oriented evaluation model is difficult to fully reflect the development needs of students' comprehensive quality. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction and strategy of primary education evaluation reform, through the systematic analysis of relevant theories and practical cases at home and abroad, combined with the background of China's education policy, and put forward targeted and feasible improvement suggestions. It is an important direction of future reform to build a new evaluation system with students' all-round development as the core and multiple evaluation standards and technologies integrated. The innovation point is to emphasize the technical and intelligent application of evaluation tools, and advocate the collaborative participation of family, school and community in the evaluation process to form a multi-linkage evaluation mechanism. The main contribution is to provide theoretical support and practical path for primary school education evaluation reform, which is conducive to promoting education equity and quality improvement, and promoting students' personalized growth and comprehensive literacy development.
