本研究针对乡村振兴战略背景下的农村留守儿童教育问题进行了深入探讨。首先,本文概述了农村留守儿童的数量、分布情况以及他们面临的教育资源现状,揭示了农村留守儿童教育问题的严峻性。其次,通过对家庭、学校、社会和政策四个层面的深入分析,本文全面剖析了农村留守儿童教育问题的成因。家庭因素中,父母外出务工导致的家庭结构变化以及监护人教育能力与意愿的不足是主要问题;学校层面则面临着教育资源配置不均衡、学校管理与教育质量差异等挑战;社会因素包括城乡教育资源的差距以及社会对留守儿童教育的关注度不足;政策层面则存在教育政策对农村留守儿童支持力度不足以及乡村振兴政策与教育政策衔接不畅的问题。家庭层面,建议加强家庭教育指导,提升监护人教育能力,并鼓励父母回乡创业就业,减少留守儿童数量;学校层面,应加大农村教育投入,改善学校设施与师资力量,并加强学校管理与教育质量监控;社会层面,需要整合社会资源,为留守儿童提供多元化教育支持,并加强社会对留守儿童教育的关注与宣传;政策层面,应完善教育政策,

Abstract
In this study, the education of left-behind children in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization strategy is deeply discussed. First of all, this paper summarizes the quantity and distribution of rural left-behind children and the current situation of educational resources they face, revealing the seriousness of the education problem of rural left-behind children. Secondly, through the in-depth analysis of family, school, society and policy four levels, this paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of rural left-behind children's education. Among the family factors, the change of family structure caused by parents' migrant work and the lack of guardians' educational ability and willingness are the main problems. The school level is faced with the challenge of unbalanced allocation of educational resources, school management and education quality difference. Social factors include the gap between urban and rural education resources and the lack of social attention to the education of left-behind children; At the policy level, there are the problems of insufficient support for left-behind children in rural areas and the poor connection between rural revitalization policy and education policy. At the family level, it is suggested to strengthen family education guidance, improve the education ability of guardians, and encourage parents to return home to start businesses and employment, and reduce the number of left-behind children; At the school level, we should increase the investment in rural education, improve school facilities and teachers, and strengthen school management and education quality control. At the social level, it is necessary to integrate social resources, provide diversified educational support for left-behind children, and strengthen social attention and publicity on the education of left-behind children. At the policy level, education policies should be improved to protect the right of education for rural left-behind children, and at the same time, the connection between rural revitalization and education policies should be strengthened to form policy synergy.
