摘要

本文深入探讨了灾害救援中社会工作者的角色与功能。文章分析了社会工作者在灾害救援中的多重角色，包括紧急救援的协调者、受灾群体的救助者与支持者、社区动员的推动者以及政策倡导者。文章详细阐述了社会工作者在灾害救援中的功能，包括提供心理支持与情绪疏导、协调资源保障基本生活需求、构建社会支持网络促进社区参与以及信息沟通与政策宣传。文章也指出了社会工作者在灾害救援中面临的挑战，如多重角色冲突、工作压力和疲劳、需求多样性以及系统不完善等问题。针对这些挑战，文章提出了相应的对策和建议，如明确角色和职责、加强心理调适和自我保护、提高专业能力以及加强跨部门和跨组织的合作。通过本文的研究，期望能够为社会工作者在灾害救援中的实践提供理论支持和实践指导，提升灾害救援工作的整体效能。

Abstract

This paper discusses the role and function of social workers in disaster relief. This paper analyzes the multiple roles of social workers in disaster relief, including coordinator of emergency relief, rescuer and supporter of affected groups, facilitator of community mobilization, and policy advocate. The paper elaborates on the functions of social workers in disaster relief, including providing psychological support and emotional counseling, coordinating resources to ensure basic living needs, building social support networks to promote community participation, and information communication and policy publicity. The article also points out the challenges that social workers face in disaster relief, such as multiple role conflicts, work stress and fatigue, diversity of demands, and inadequate systems. In response to these challenges, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as clarifying roles and responsibilities, strengthening psychological adjustment and self-protection, improving professional competence, and strengthening cross-departmental and cross-organizational cooperation. Through this study, it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for social workers' practice in disaster relief, and improve the overall efficiency of disaster relief work.
