本文深入探讨了流浪儿童救助中社会工作者的角色与功能。文章分析了流浪儿童救助问题的严峻性，明确了社会工作者在流浪儿童救助中的多重角色，包括救助者、协调者、教育者和心理支持者。文章详细分析了社会工作者在流浪儿童救助中的功能，包括救助功能的实现、资源整合与协调、教育与培训以及心理关怀与疏导等方面。文章也指出了社会工作者在流浪儿童救助中所面临的挑战，如公共意识不足、资源有限、法律与政策环境不完善以及心理健康问题等。针对这些挑战，文章提出了相应的对策和建议，如提高社会公众意识、增强资源整合与合作、推动法律与政策发展以及加强专业培训和心理支持等。通过本文的研究，期望能够为社会工作者在流浪儿童救助中的实践提供理论支持和实践指导，推动流浪儿童救助工作的深入开展，为流浪儿童创造更好的成长环境。

Abstract

This paper discusses the role and function of social workers in helping street children. This paper analyzes the severity of the problem of street children's assistance, and clarifies the multiple roles of social workers in street children's assistance, including rescuers, coordinators, educators and psychological supporters. This paper analyzes the functions of social workers in helping street children in detail, including the realization of rescue functions, resource integration and coordination, education and training, psychological care and counseling. The article also points out the challenges that social workers face in helping street children, such as insufficient public awareness, limited resources, inadequate legal and policy environment, and mental health issues. In response to these challenges, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as enhancing public awareness, enhancing resource integration and cooperation, promoting legal and policy development, and strengthening professional training and psychological support. Through the research of this paper, it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the practice of social workers in helping street children, promote the in-depth development of helping street children, and create a better growth environment for street children.
