摘 要
随着现代办公模式的多样化发展,办公环境设计对员工工作效率的影响日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨办公环境设计与工作效率提升之间的关系,并通过系统分析揭示其内在机制。研究选取了某大型企业作为案例,采用问卷调查、深度访谈和实地观察相结合的方法,从物理空间布局、光照条件、色彩搭配及声学环境等多维度收集数据。通过对200名员工的调研数据分析发现,合理的办公环境设计能够显著改善员工的工作体验,进而提高工作效率。具体而言,开放与私密空间的平衡设计有助于促进团队协作与个人专注力的双重提升;自然光的充分利用和适宜的色彩搭配则能有效缓解视觉疲劳并激发创造力。此外,本研究创新性地引入声学环境评估模型,进一步验证了低噪音水平对认知任务效率的积极影响。研究结果表明,科学的办公环境设计不仅是企业形象的体现,更是提升组织绩效的重要手段。本研究的主要贡献在于构建了办公环境设计效果评价体系,并为相关实践提供了理论支持与优化建议,为企业在办公空间规划中实现人性化与效率化的统一提供了参考依据。

Abstract
With the diversification of modern office modes, the impact of office environment design on employee work efficiency has garnered increasing attention. This study aims to explore the relationship between office environment design and work efficiency enhancement, revealing its underlying mechanisms through systematic analysis. A large enterprise was selected as a case study, employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and field observations to collect data across multiple dimensions, including physical space layout, lighting conditions, color coordination, and acoustic environments. Analysis of survey data from 200 employees revealed that well-designed office environments significantly improve work experiences, thereby enhancing work efficiency. Specifically, balanced designs integrating open and private spaces promote both team collaboration and individual focus. The optimal utilization of natural light and appropriate color schemes effectively alleviate visual fatigue while stimulating creativity. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates an acoustic environment evaluation model, further validating the positive influence of low noise levels on cognitive task efficiency. The findings indicate that scientifically designed office environments not only reflect corporate image but also serve as a critical means of improving organizational performance. The primary contribution of this research lies in constructing an evaluation system for the effectiveness of office environment design, providing theoretical support and optimization recommendations for relevant practices, and offering reference for businesses to achieve a unified approach to humanization and efficiency in office space planning.
