摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,绿色建筑设计逐渐成为建筑领域的重要研究方向。本研究旨在探讨绿色建筑设计的核心理念及其在实际项目中的应用效果,通过分析典型实践案例,揭示其技术路径与优化策略。研究采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,选取国内外具有代表性的绿色建筑项目进行深入剖析,重点关注能源利用效率、材料选择、环境适应性以及用户舒适度等方面的表现。结果表明,绿色建筑设计不仅能够显著降低建筑运行能耗和碳排放,还能提升使用者的健康与满意度。本研究创新性地提出了一种基于全生命周期评估的绿色建筑设计评价框架,为相关设计决策提供了科学依据。此外,研究还强调了本土化设计理念的重要性,指出因地制宜的技术方案是实现绿色建筑可持续发展的关键。总体而言,本研究为推动绿色建筑理论与实践的结合提供了有价值的参考,并为未来相关领域的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract
With the increasing severity of global climate change and resource scarcity, green building design has gradually become a significant research focus in the architectural field. This study aims to explore the core concepts of green building design and its application effects in practical projects, revealing its technical approaches and optimization strategies through the analysis of typical practice cases. By employing a combination of literature review and case analysis, this research conducts an in-depth examination of representative green building projects both domestically and internationally, with a particular emphasis on their performance in terms of energy efficiency, material selection, environmental adaptability, and user comfort. The results indicate that green building design can significantly reduce operational energy consumption and carbon emissions while enhancing users' health and satisfaction. Innovatively, this study proposes a green building design evaluation fr amework based on life-cycle assessment, providing a scientific basis for relevant design decisions. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of localized design philosophies, emphasizing that context-specific technical solutions are crucial for achieving sustainable development in green buildings. Overall, this research offers valuable references for promoting the integration of green building theory and practice and lays a foundation for future studies in related fields.
