摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展,工程造价管理面临数据孤岛、信息不对称及信任缺失等诸多挑战,亟需创新性解决方案以提升透明度和效率。本研究旨在探讨区块链技术在工程造价透明化中的应用潜力及其影响,通过构建基于区块链的工程造价管理框架,解决传统模式下的信息篡改与协同障碍问题。研究采用文献分析法梳理区块链技术的核心特性及其与工程造价领域的契合点,并结合案例分析法验证其实际应用效果。结果表明,区块链的去中心化、不可篡改及智能合约功能能够显著提高工程造价信息的透明度和可信度,有效减少人为干预和操作风险。此外,研究提出了一种多节点协作机制,确保参与方之间的数据共享与实时更新,从而优化决策流程并降低管理成本。本研究的主要贡献在于首次系统性地将区块链技术引入工程造价领域,为实现行业数字化转型提供了理论支持和技术路径,同时为相关实践者提供了可操作的实施建议,具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, engineering cost management faces numerous challenges such as data silos, information asymmetry, and lack of trust, necessitating innovative solutions to enhance transparency and efficiency. This study investigates the potential application and impact of blockchain technology in promoting transparency in engineering cost management by constructing a blockchain-based fr amework for engineering cost management to address issues of information tampering and collaboration barriers inherent in traditional models. The research employs literature analysis to elucidate the core characteristics of blockchain technology and its alignment with the engineering cost domain, complemented by case analysis to validate its practical effectiveness. The findings indicate that the decentralized, immutable, and smart contract functionalities of blockchain can significantly improve the transparency and reliability of engineering cost information while effectively reducing human intervention and operational risks. Furthermore, this study proposes a multi-node collaboration mechanism to ensure data sharing and real-time updates among stakeholders, thereby optimizing decision-making processes and reducing management costs. The primary contribution of this study lies in systematically introducing blockchain technology into the field of engineering cost management for the first time, providing theoretical support and technical pathways for industry digital transformation, along with actionable implementation recommendations for practitioners, thus holding significant academic value and practical implications.
