摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展和产业结构的转型升级,工程造价领域对高素质应用型人才的需求日益迫切。然而,传统工程造价实践教学模式存在与行业需求脱节、学生实际操作能力不足等问题,亟需从产教融合视角出发探索创新路径。本研究以产教融合为理论基础,结合工程造价专业特点,通过文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查等方法,深入剖析当前实践教学中的问题及其成因,并提出针对性的改进措施。研究发现,构建以企业深度参与为核心的协同育人机制是提升实践教学质量的关键所在;同时,引入真实项目案例、优化课程体系以及加强“双师型”教师队伍建设能够显著增强学生的综合实践能力。此外,借助信息化技术手段搭建虚拟仿真平台,可有效弥补传统教学中实践资源匮乏的短板。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了基于产教融合的工程造价实践教学新模式,强调校企合作的双向互动与资源共享,为同类专业的教学改革提供了有益参考。研究成果不仅有助于提高工程造价专业学生的就业竞争力,也为推动高等教育与产业发展的深度融合提供了理论支持与实践指导。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's economy and the transformation and upgrading of its industrial structure, there is an increasingly urgent demand for high-quality applied talents in the field of engineering cost estimation. However, traditional practice teaching models in engineering cost estimation suffer from issues such as disconnection from industry needs and insufficient practical skills among students, necessitating innovative approaches from the perspective of industry-education integration. This study, grounded in the theoretical fr amework of industry-education integration and considering the characteristics of the engineering cost estimation discipline, employs methods including literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys to thoroughly examine the problems and their causes in current practice teaching and proposes targeted improvement measures. The findings indicate that establishing a collaborative talent cultivation mechanism with deep corporate involvement is critical to enhancing the quality of practice teaching. Meanwhile, introducing real-world project cases, optimizing the curriculum system, and strengthening the construction of a "dual-qualified" teacher team can significantly improve students' comprehensive practical abilities. Additionally, leveraging information technology to build virtual simulation platforms effectively addresses the shortage of practical resources in traditional teaching. The primary contribution of this research lies in proposing a new model of engineering cost estimation practice teaching based on industry-education integration, emphasizing bidirectional interaction and resource sharing between schools and enterprises, thus providing valuable references for teaching reforms in related disciplines. The research outcomes not only help enhance the employment competitiveness of students majoring in engineering cost estimation but also offer theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the deep integration of higher education and industrial development.
