Abstract

This paper conducts an in-depth study on the cost control of small campus maintenance projects. aims at discussing how to effectively control the cost of maintenance projects, and improve the efficiency of fund use through scientific management strategies and technical means. campus small maintenance projects have the characteristics of small scale, variety, short construction period, , which makes its cost control faced with many challenges. First of all, at the establishment stage of project, it is necessary to clarify maintenance ob jectives and needs, make reasonable budget, and avoid blind investment and waste of resources. Through detailed investigation and evaluation, ensures the accuracy and feasibility of the budget, and lays a foundation for the cost control in the subsequent construction stage. In the construction phase, strengthen site management and supervision, strictly control material procurement, labor costs and mechanical equipment costs. The use of green, energy-saving building materials and construction techniques not only helps to reduce the project cost, can also improve the quality of maintenance projects and environmental performance. At the same time, strengthen the management of design changes and on-site visas, to prevent unreasonable changes caused by the increase in cost.
