Abstract
With the title of "Research on Cost Control of Small Communication Facilities Engineering", ‌ and ‌, this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by the current small communication facilities construction projects in cost control. ‌ With the rapid development of information technology and the further advancement of the construction of smart cities, ‌ small communication facilities such as base stations and ‌ optical cable lines are becoming important carriers of information transmission. ‌ their construction scale and quantity are increasing constantly. ‌ However, ‌ how to ensure the performance and quality of communication facilities at the same time, ‌ effectively control and optimize the project cost, ‌ has become the focus of the industry. ‌ First, this paper describes the importance of cost control of small communication facilities engineering. ‌ points out that reasonable cost control can not only reduce construction cost, ‌ improve investment efficiency, ‌ can promote rational allocation and utilization of resources and ‌ promote the sustainable development of communication industry. ‌ then, the ‌ article in-depth analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of cost control of small-scale communication facility projects. ‌ includes small project scale but high technical requirements, ‌ large price fluctuation of equipment and materials, ‌ complex and changeable construction environment, etc. ‌ all these factors bring no small challenges to cost control. ‌‌ This paper puts forward a number of cost control strategies and optimization measures. ‌ First, strengthen the cost management in the preliminary planning and design stage, ‌ by optimizing the design scheme, ‌ reasonable selection of equipment and materials, ‌ control the project cost from the source; ‌ second, strengthen the cost control in the construction phase, ‌ establish a sound cost monitoring system, ‌ strengthen the management and supervision of the construction site, ‌ prevent the waste of resources and cost overruns; ‌ third, pay attention to the cost control in the later maintenance and operation stage. ‌ reduce the long-term operating cost by optimizing the maintenance plan, ‌ improve the use efficiency of equipment and other means. ‌‌ This paper also emphasizes the important role of technological innovation in the cost control of small communication facilities. ‌ With the application and popularization of advanced technologies such as BIM technology, ‌ Internet of Things technology, ‌ big data analysis, ‌ provides a more accurate and efficient technical means for the cost control of small communication facilities projects. ‌ By introducing these technologies, ‌ can realize the dynamic monitoring and prediction analysis of engineering cost, ‌ can provide project managers with more scientific and reasonable decision basis. ‌‌ Based on the study of the cost control of small communication facilities engineering, ‌ puts forward a number of feasible cost control strategies and optimization measures, ‌ provides beneficial reference for the industry. ‌ The research results are of great significance for improving the investment efficiency of small-scale communication facilities projects and ‌ promoting the healthy development of the communication industry.
