摘 要
工程变更是工程建设过程中不可避免的现象,其对造价管理的影响日益显著,已成为项目管理中的关键问题之一。本研究以工程变更对造价管理的复杂影响为切入点,旨在探讨其作用机制并提出针对性的合同应对策略。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实际工程项目案例分析,本文采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,深入剖析了工程变更的类型、成因及其对造价管理的具体影响路径。研究发现,工程变更不仅直接导致成本增加和工期延误,还可能引发合同纠纷和风险管理难题。基于此,本文提出了以动态造价管理为核心、以合同条款优化为支撑的综合应对策略,强调通过完善变更审批流程、强化风险分担机制以及引入信息化管理手段来提升造价管理水平。本研究的创新点在于将工程变更视为一个多维度动态因素,并从合同视角出发构建了系统化的解决方案,为实践提供了理论支持与操作指南。研究成果对提高工程项目的经济效益和管理效率具有重要指导意义,同时为未来相关领域的研究奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT
Engineering change is an inevitable phenomenon in the construction process, and its impact on cost management has become increasingly significant, making it one of the key issues in project management. This study focuses on the complex influence of engineering changes on cost management, aiming to explore the underlying mechanisms and propose targeted contract-based strategies for response. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature and analyzing real-world engineering project cases, this research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to thoroughly examine the types, causes, and specific pathways through which engineering changes affect cost management. The findings reveal that engineering changes not only directly lead to increased costs and schedule delays but may also trigger contract disputes and pose challenges to risk management. Based on these insights, this study proposes an integrated strategy centered on dynamic cost management and supported by optimized contract clauses, emphasizing the improvement of change approval processes, the strengthening of risk-sharing mechanisms, and the adoption of information-based management tools to enhance cost management efficiency. The innovation of this research lies in treating engineering changes as multidimensional dynamic factors and constructing a systematic solution from a contractual perspective, providing both theoretical support and operational guidance for practice. The research outcomes hold important implications for improving the economic benefits and management efficiency of engineering projects and lay a foundation for future studies in related fields.
