摘 要
随着建筑行业快速发展,工程造价管理的重要性日益凸显,而施工阶段作为项目成本控制的关键环节,其动态监控与预警机制的研究具有重要的现实意义。本研究旨在针对施工阶段工程造价管理中的不确定性问题,构建一套科学、高效的动态监控与预警机制,以提升工程造价管理的精准性和时效性。研究基于系统工程理论和现代信息技术,综合运用大数据分析、机器学习算法以及多源数据融合技术,对施工阶段的成本偏差、风险因素及关键控制点进行深入分析。通过建立动态监控模型和预警指标体系,实现了对工程造价的实时跟踪与异常预警。研究结果表明,所提出的机制能够显著提高造价管理的预见性和响应速度,有效降低因成本失控带来的经济损失。此外,本研究创新性地引入了智能化分析工具,将传统经验判断与数据驱动决策相结合,为工程造价管理提供了新的思路和技术支撑。总体而言,该研究不仅填补了施工阶段造价动态管理领域的部分空白,还为相关实践提供了可操作性强的解决方案,对促进建筑行业的精细化管理具有重要价值。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the importance of engineering cost management has become increasingly prominent. As a critical phase for project cost control, the construction stage requires in-depth research on dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanisms, which hold significant practical implications. This study focuses on addressing uncertainties in cost management during the construction phase by developing a scientific and efficient dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanism to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of engineering cost management. Grounded in systems engineering theory and modern information technology, this research integrates big data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and multi-source data fusion techniques to conduct a comprehensive analysis of cost deviations, risk factors, and key control points during the construction phase. By establishing a dynamic monitoring model and an early warning indicator system, real-time tracking and anomaly alerts of engineering costs are achieved. The results indicate that the proposed mechanism significantly improves the foresight and response speed of cost management, effectively reducing economic losses caused by cost overruns. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates intelligent analytical tools, combining traditional experiential judgment with data-driven decision-making to provide new perspectives and technical support for engineering cost management. Overall, this research not only fills some gaps in the field of dynamic cost management during the construction phase but also offers actionable solutions for relevant practices, contributing substantially to the精细化 management of the construction industry.
