摘 要
装配式建筑作为现代建筑行业的重要发展方向,其施工技术和工程管理的研究具有重要的现实意义。随着城市化进程的加快和资源环境压力的增加,传统建筑方式已难以满足可持续发展的需求,而装配式建筑因其高效、环保和质量可控等优势受到广泛关注。本研究旨在深入探讨装配式建筑施工技术的关键环节及其在工程管理中的应用策略,以提升项目整体效率和经济效益。研究采用文献分析、案例研究与实地调研相结合的方法,系统梳理了装配式建筑的技术体系,并针对预制构件生产、运输、安装及现场协调等核心问题提出了优化方案。通过对比分析多个实际工程项目的数据,研究发现装配式建筑在缩短工期、减少人工依赖和降低环境污染等方面表现出显著优势,但同时也面临标准化程度不足和技术规范滞后等问题。本研究创新性地提出了一种基于BIM技术的装配式建筑全过程管理框架,实现了设计、生产和施工环节的无缝衔接,为提高工程管理水平提供了新思路。此外,研究还强调了人才培养和技术标准体系建设的重要性,为推动装配式建筑行业的健康发展提供了理论支持和实践指导。最终结论表明,装配式建筑的推广需要技术、管理和政策的协同作用,而本研究提出的优化措施和管理框架可为相关从业者提供参考,助力行业转型升级。

ABSTRACT
As an important development direction in the modern construction industry, research on the construction technology and project management of prefabricated buildings holds significant practical implications. With the acceleration of urbanization and increasing pressure on resources and the environment, traditional construction methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of sustainable development. Prefabricated buildings have garnered widespread attention due to their advantages of efficiency, environmental friendliness, and quality control. This study aims to explore the key aspects of prefabricated building construction technology and its application strategies in project management to enhance overall project efficiency and economic benefits. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and field surveys, the study systematically reviews the technical system of prefabricated buildings and proposes optimization solutions for core issues such as the production, transportation, installation of prefabricated components, and on-site coordination. Through comparative analysis of data from multiple actual engineering projects, it is found that prefabricated buildings demonstrate significant advantages in reducing construction duration, minimizing reliance on manual labor, and lowering environmental pollution. However, challenges such as insufficient standardization and lagging technical specifications remain. Innovatively, this study proposes a BIM-based comprehensive management fr amework for prefabricated buildings, achieving seamless integration between design, production, and construction phases, thereby offering new insights into improving project management levels. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of talent cultivation and the establishment of technical standards systems, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the healthy development of the prefabricated building industry. The final conclusion indicates that the promotion of prefabricated buildings requires synergy among technology, management, and policy-making. The optimization measures and management fr amework proposed in this study can serve as references for relevant practitioners, facilitating industry transformation and upgrading.
