Abstract

This paper deeply analyzes the key elements of quality management of municipal engineering projects, and comprehensively analyzes every link that affects the quality of municipal engineering from multiple stages such as project preparation, design, construction, acceptance and maintenance. By exploring these key elements and their interactions, this paper aims to provide scientific and systematic guidance for the quality management of municipal engineering projects. The pre-project preparation stage is the cornerstone of quality management of municipal engineering projects. This stage includes project planning, risk assessment, personnel composition and other aspects to lay a solid foundation for subsequent work.
