摘 要
随着建筑行业的快速发展,施工现场的安全文明施工与环境保护问题日益受到关注。本研究以提升建筑工地管理水平为核心目标,深入探讨了安全文明施工与环境保护之间的内在联系及其协同优化路径。研究基于实地调研和数据分析,选取典型建筑项目作为案例,运用系统动力学模型和多维度评估方法,对施工现场的安全管理、文明施工措施及环境影响进行了全面分析。结果表明,通过构建集成化的管理体系并引入智能化监测技术,可以显著提高施工现场的安全性和文明程度,同时有效降低环境污染。本研究的创新点在于提出了“三位一体”的管理模式,即将安全管理、文明施工与环境保护有机结合,形成相互促进的良性循环机制。此外,研究开发了一套适用于施工现场的动态评估工具,能够实时监控关键指标并提供改进建议。这一成果为建筑行业提供了科学的理论支持和技术指导,有助于推动绿色建筑理念的落地实施,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the issues of safety and civilized construction as well as environmental protection on construction sites have attracted increasing attention. This study focuses on enhancing the management level of construction sites by thoroughly investigating the intrinsic relationship and synergistic optimization pathways between safety/civilized construction and environmental protection. Based on field surveys and data analysis, typical construction projects were selected as case studies, and a system dynamics model along with multidimensional evaluation methods were employed to comprehensively analyze safety management, civilized construction practices, and environmental impacts at construction sites. The results indicate that constructing an integrated management system and introducing intelligent monitoring technologies can significantly improve site safety and civility while effectively reducing environmental pollution. The innovation of this study lies in proposing a "trinity" management model that organically combines safety management, civilized construction, and environmental protection to form a mutually reinforcing virtuous cycle mechanism. Additionally, a dynamic evaluation tool tailored for construction sites was developed, capable of real-time monitoring of key indicators and providing improvement recommendations. This achievement offers scientific theoretical support and technical guidance for the construction industry, facilitating the implementation of green building concepts and achieving a win-win situation for economic and social benefits.
