摘 要
隧道工程施工作为基础设施建设的重要组成部分,具有高风险性和复杂性,其安全管理与风险预警研究对于保障工程质量和施工安全具有重要意义。本研究以隧道工程施工过程中的安全管理为核心,结合现代信息技术和风险管理理论,旨在构建一套科学、高效的隧道工程施工安全管理体系及风险预警机制。研究通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果,明确当前隧道工程施工安全管理中存在的问题,并采用系统动力学方法建立隧道工程施工风险评估模型,同时引入大数据分析技术对施工现场数据进行实时监测与处理。结果表明,所构建的风险评估模型能够准确识别关键风险因素并量化其影响程度,而基于大数据的实时监测系统则显著提升了风险预警的及时性和精准性。本研究的主要创新点在于将系统动力学与大数据技术相结合,实现了从静态评估到动态监控的转变,为隧道工程施工安全管理提供了新思路。此外,研究提出的管理策略和预警机制在实际工程中得到了验证,有效降低了事故发生率,提高了施工效率,为类似工程的安全管理提供了重要参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Tunnel engineering construction, as a critical component of infrastructure development, is characterized by high risk and complexity. Research on safety management and risk early warning in tunnel construction plays a significant role in ensuring project quality and construction safety. This study focuses on the safety management of tunnel engineering construction, integrating modern information technology and risk management theory to establish a scientific and efficient safety management system and risk early warning mechanism for tunnel construction. Through literature analysis, this research reviews domestic and international studies, identifying existing problems in the safety management of tunnel construction. A system dynamics approach is employed to develop a risk assessment model for tunnel construction, while big data analytics are introduced to enable real-time monitoring and processing of on-site data. The results indicate that the constructed risk assessment model can accurately identify key risk factors and quantify their impact levels. Moreover, the big-data-based real-time monitoring system significantly enhances the timeliness and precision of risk warnings. A primary innovation of this study lies in combining system dynamics with big data technology, facilitating a transition from static evaluation to dynamic monitoring and offering new insights into safety management for tunnel construction. Additionally, the proposed management strategies and early warning mechanisms have been validated in practical engineering applications, effectively reducing accident rates and improving construction efficiency, thus providing valuable references for safety management in similar projects.
