Abstract
With the global emphasis on sustainable development, green building, as an important means to reduce environmental burden and improve resource utilization efficiency, is gradually becoming the mainstream trend of the construction industry. As an important link to ensure the quality of green building and promote the healthy development of green building industry, the study of green building project certification and project management has important practical significance. This paper focuses on the in-depth study of green building project certification and project management, aiming to explore the standards and processes of green building project certification, the key elements and strategies of project management, and the interaction between the two. In terms of green building project certification, this paper introduces in detail the current mainstream green building certification systems at home and abroad, such as LEED, BREEAM, China Green Building Samsung label and so on. These certification systems set a series of strict evaluation standards, from the design, construction, operation and other stages of the green building comprehensive evaluation, to ensure that it meets the requirements of environmental protection, energy, water and material saving. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different certification systems, and discusses how to choose the appropriate certification system according to the specific situation of the project. In terms of green building project management, this paper emphasizes the important role of project management in the process of green building project implementation.
