随着建筑行业市场竞争日益激烈,施工索赔作为保障企业合法权益的重要手段,其管理流程与技巧的优化已成为行业关注的焦点。本研究旨在通过系统分析施工索赔管理中的关键问题,提出优化策略以提升索赔效率和成功率。研究基于国内外相关理论与实践案例,采用文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查相结合的方法,深入探讨当前施工索赔管理中存在的流程不规范、沟通不畅及证据收集不足等问题。通过对多起实际工程索赔案例的剖析,研究提出了包括标准化流程设计、信息化工具应用以及专业人才培养在内的综合优化方案。结果表明,优化后的管理流程显著提升了索赔工作的系统性和规范性,同时增强了项目各方的协作效率。此外,研究创新性地引入了数据驱动的风险预警机制,能够提前识别潜在索赔点并制定应对措施,从而有效降低争议发生的概率。总体而言,本研究不仅为施工企业提供了可操作性强的索赔管理优化路径,还对促进行业整体管理水平的提升具有重要意义,为未来相关领域的研究奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT
As market competition in the construction industry becomes increasingly intense, construction claims have emerged as a critical means to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. Consequently, the optimization of management processes and techniques in construction claims has become a focal point of industry attention. This study aims to systematically analyze key issues in construction claim management and propose optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and success rate of claims. Based on relevant theories and practical cases both domestically and internationally, this research employs a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys to delve into existing problems in current construction claim management, such as non-standardized processes, poor communication, and insufficient evidence collection. Through an in-depth examination of multiple real-world engineering claim cases, the study proposes a comprehensive optimization plan encompassing standardized process design, application of information technology tools, and professional talent development. The results indicate that the optimized management process significantly improves the systematicness and standardization of claim work while enhancing collaboration efficiency among all project stakeholders. Additionally, this research innovatively introduces a data-driven risk early warning mechanism capable of identifying potential claim points in advance and formulating corresponding countermeasures, thereby effectively reducing the probability of disputes. Overall, this study not only provides construction enterprises with highly operational paths for optimizing claim management but also plays a significant role in promoting the overall improvement of management levels in the industry, laying a foundation for future research in related fields.
