摘 要
建筑工程施工质量验收与改进是确保建筑项目安全性和耐久性的关键环节。随着建筑业的快速发展和工程技术复杂度的提升,传统验收模式已难以满足现代工程需求。本研究以提高建筑工程施工质量为目标,系统分析了当前施工质量验收中存在的问题,并提出了基于全过程控制的质量改进策略。研究采用文献综述、案例分析及实地调研相结合的方法,深入探讨了影响施工质量的关键因素及其相互作用机制。通过构建科学的质量评价体系,引入数字化技术手段优化验收流程,实现了对施工过程的精细化管理。研究结果表明,全过程质量控制能够显著降低施工缺陷率,提升工程质量水平。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种融合大数据分析与人工智能算法的质量预测模型,可提前识别潜在质量问题并提供改进建议,为工程质量管理提供了新思路。该模型的应用不仅提高了验收效率,还有效降低了后期维修成本。总体而言,本研究为建筑工程施工质量验收与改进提供了理论支持和技术保障,对推动行业高质量发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
The acceptance and improvement of construction quality in building projects are critical to ensuring safety and durability. With the rapid development of the construction industry and the increasing complexity of engineering technologies, traditional acceptance models struggle to meet modern requirements. This study aims to enhance construction quality by systematically analyzing existing issues in current quality acceptance practices and proposing a quality improvement strategy based on full-process control. By integrating literature review, case analysis, and field research, this study delves into the key factors influencing construction quality and their interaction mechanisms. A scientific quality evaluation system is constructed, and digital technology is introduced to optimize the acceptance process, thereby achieving refined management of construction activities. The results indicate that full-process quality control significantly reduces defect rates and improves overall quality levels. Furthermore, this study innovatively develops a quality prediction model that integrates big data analytics and artificial intelligence algorithms, enabling early identification of potential quality issues and providing actionable recommendations. The application of this model not only enhances acceptance efficiency but also effectively reduces subsequent maintenance costs. Overall, this research provides theoretical support and technical assurance for construction quality acceptance and improvement, contributing significantly to the promotion of high-quality development in the construction industry.
