摘 要
战略性贸易政策作为现代国际贸易理论的重要组成部分，为发展中国家参与全球竞争提供了新的思路。本研究以发展中国家为研究对象，探讨战略性贸易政策在其经济结构升级和产业竞争力提升中的应用可行性。研究基于新贸易理论框架，结合案例分析与定量建模方法，评估了发展中国家在实施战略性贸易政策时面临的机遇与挑战。发展中国家在制定相关政策时需充分考虑自身资源禀赋与产业结构特征，避免盲目模仿发达国家模式。本文的主要创新点在于提出了一个综合评估模型，用于量化政策实施效果，并结合发展中国家的具体情境提出针对性建议。研究结果表明，战略性贸易政策在发展中国家具有一定的适用性，但需要配套措施支持，如加强制度建设、优化激励机制及防范潜在风险。

An Analysis of the Feasibility of Applying Strategic Trade Policy in Developing Countries

Abstract
As an important part of modern international trade theory, strategic trade policy provides a new way for developing countries to participate in global competition. This study takes developing countries as research ob jects to explore the feasibility of the application of strategic trade policies in their economic structure upgrading and industrial competitiveness enhancement. Based on the new trade theoretical fr amework, the study combined with case analysis and quantitative modeling methods to assess the opportunities and challenges faced by developing countries in implementing strategic trade policies. When formulating relevant policies, developing countries should fully consider their own resource endowment and industrial structure characteristics, and avoid blindly imitating the model of developed countries. The main innovation of this paper is to propose a comprehensive evaluation model to quantify the effect of policy implementation and make targeted recommendations in the context of developing countries. The results show that strategic trade policies have certain applicability in developing countries, but they need supporting measures, such as strengthening institutional construction, optimizing incentive mechanism and preventing potential risks.
