摘 要
在全球化深入发展的背景下，传统全球贸易治理体系面临单边主义、保护主义和多边机制效能不足等多重挑战，亟需探索适应新时代需求的治理模式。本研究以“多元共治”为核心理念，旨在构建一种包容性更强、灵活性更高的全球贸易治理框架。“多元共治”模式能够有效整合国家、国际组织、非政府机构及私营部门等多方力量，促进全球贸易治理向更加公平、透明和可持续的方向发展。研究发现，该模式在增强治理主体协同性、提升政策适应性以及缓解权力失衡方面具有显著优势。本文的主要创新点在于突破了传统的国家中心治理范式，强调多主体协作与多层次治理的结合，并为应对全球贸易治理中的复杂问题提供了理论支持与实践路径。这一研究成果对完善全球贸易治理体系、推动国际合作具有重要参考价值。

Exploring the "Pluralistic Co-governance" Model in Global Trade Governance

Abstract
In the context of deepening globalization, the traditional global trade governance system is faced with multiple challenges such as unilateralism, protectionism and insufficient effectiveness of multilateral mechanisms, and it is urgent to explore governance models that meet the needs of the new era. With "pluralistic and co-governance" as its core concept, this study aims to build a more inclusive and flexible global trade governance fr amework. The "pluralistic and co-governance" model can effectively integrate the forces of countries, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and the private sector, and promote the development of global trade governance in a fairer, more transparent and sustainable direction. It is found that this model has significant advantages in enhancing the coordination of governance subjects, improving policy adaptability and alleviating power imbalance. The main innovation of this paper is that it breaks through the traditional state-centered governance paradigm, emphasizes the combination of multi-agent collaboration and multi-level governance, and provides theoretical support and practical path for dealing with complex issues in global trade governance. This research has important reference value for improving the global trade governance system and promoting international cooperation.
