新兴经济体推动的贸易规则“包容性”改革方向 -国际经济与贸易专业

摘要

随着全球经济格局的深刻调整，新兴经济体在国际贸易体系中的地位日益凸显，推动贸易规则向更加公平、包容的方向改革成为当前国际社会的重要议题。本研究以新兴经济体的崛起为背景，探讨其对现有贸易规则体系的影响及改革方向，旨在构建更具包容性的全球贸易治理框架。新兴经济体通过积极参与区域贸易协定、倡导发展导向政策以及推动数字贸易规则创新等方式，显著提升了全球贸易规则的多样性和灵活性。同时，这些努力也促进了南北国家间的合作，缓解了发达国家与发展中国家之间的利益失衡问题。本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了新兴经济体在推动贸易规则“包容性”改革中的独特作用，提出了加强多边协调、兼顾差异化需求的具体路径，为完善全球贸易治理体系提供了理论支持与实践参考。

The Reform Direction of Trade Rules towards "Inclusiveness" Driven by Emerging Economies

Abstract

With the profound adjustment of the global economic pattern and the increasingly prominent status of emerging economies in the international trading system, the reform of trade rules to make them fairer and more inclusive has become an important issue in the current international community. With the rise of emerging economies as the background, this study explores their impact on the existing trade rules system and the direction of reform, aiming to build a more inclusive global trade governance fr amework. By actively participating in regional trade agreements, advocating development-oriented policies, and promoting innovation in digital trade rules, emerging economies have significantly increased the diversity and flexibility of global trade rules. At the same time, these efforts have also promoted cooperation between the North and the South and eased the imbalance of interests between developed and developing countries. The main contribution of this study is to reveal the unique role of emerging economies in promoting the "inclusive" reform of trade rules, propose a specific path to strengthen multilateral coordination and take into account differentiated needs, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the global trade governance system.
