摘 要
随着社会竞争日益加剧,小学高年级学生的学业压力问题逐渐成为教育领域的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨小学高年级学生学业压力的来源及其有效的疏导策略,以期为学校、家庭及社会提供科学依据和实践指导。小学高年级学生的学业压力主要来源于考试成绩、作业负担、家长期望以及同伴竞争等方面,且不同性别、年级和家庭背景的学生在压力感知上存在显著差异。基于研究发现,本文提出了一系列针对性的疏导策略,包括优化教学评价体系、减轻课业负担、加强家校合作以及开展心理健康教育等。本研究的创新点在于将学生、教师和家长三方视角纳入分析框架,并结合定量与定性研究方法,揭示了小学高年级学生学业压力的复杂成因及动态特征。研究结果不仅丰富了相关理论,也为缓解学生学业压力提供了可操作性的实践路径,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Sources of Academic Stress and Coping Strategies for Upper Elementary School Students

Abstract
With the increasing social competition, the academic pressure of senior primary school students has gradually become an important issue in the field of education. The purpose of this study is to explore the sources of academic stress and effective strategies to relieve it, in order to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for schools, families and society. The academic pressure of senior primary school students mainly comes from the aspects of exam results, homework burden, parents' expectation and peer competition, and there are significant differences in the perception of pressure among students of different genders, grades and family backgrounds. Based on the research findings, this paper puts forward a series of targeted guidance strategies, including optimizing the teaching evaluation system, reducing the workload, strengthening the home-school cooperation and carrying out mental health education. The innovation of this study is to incorporate the perspectives of students, teachers and parents into the analysis fr amework, and combine quantitative and qualitative research methods to reveal the complex causes and dynamic characteristics of academic stress of senior primary school students. The research results not only enrich the relevant theories, but also provide an operable practice path for relieving students' academic pressure, which has important theoretical value and practical significance.
