摘要

随着教育信息化的深入推进，混合式学习作为一种融合线上与线下教学优势的创新模式，逐渐成为提升小学课后服务质量的重要手段。本研究旨在探讨混合式学习在小学课后服务中的应用策略，以优化教育资源配置、提高学生学习效果和促进个性化发展为目标。通过合理设计课程内容、灵活运用数字化工具以及加强师生互动，混合式学习能够显著提升学生的参与度和学习成效，同时有效缓解传统课后服务中师资不足和资源匮乏的问题。本研究的创新点在于提出了一套适用于小学课后服务的具体实施方案，包括分层教学设计、在线资源整合和评价反馈机制，并验证了其可行性和有效性。主要贡献体现在为教育管理者和一线教师提供了实践参考，推动了混合式学习在基础教育领域的深度应用，为实现课后服务的高质量发展提供了新思路。

Strategies for the Application of Blended Learning in After-School Services for Primary Schools

Abstract

With the further advancement of education informatization, blended learning, as an innovative model that integrates the advantages of online and offline teaching, has gradually become an important means to improve the quality of after-school service in primary schools. The purpose of this study is to explore the application strategies of blended learning in after-school services in primary schools, with the aim of optimizing the allocation of educational resources, improving the learning effect of students and promoting personalized development. Through the rational design of curriculum content, the flexible use of digital tools, and the strengthening of teacher-student interaction, blended learning can significantly increase student engagement and learning effectiveness, while effectively alleviating the shortage of teachers and resources in traditional after-school services. The innovation point of this study is that it puts forward a specific implementation plan suitable for primary school after-school service, including hierarchical teaching design, online resource integration and evaluation feedback mechanism, and verifies its feasibility and effectiveness. The main contribution is reflected in providing practical reference for education administrators and front-line teachers, promoting the in-depth application of blended learning in the field of basic education, and providing new ideas for realizing high-quality development of after-school services.
