Abstract

  With the further advancement of education informatization, blended learning, as an innovative model that integrates the advantages of online and offline teaching, has gradually become an important means to improve the quality of after-school service in primary schools. The purpose of this study is to explore the application strategies of blended learning in after-school services in primary schools, with the aim of optimizing the allocation of educational resources, improving the learning effect of students and promoting personalized development. Through the rational design of curriculum content, the flexible use of digital tools, and the strengthening of teacher-student interaction, blended learning can significantly increase student engagement and learning effectiveness, while effectively alleviating the shortage of teachers and resources in traditional after-school services. The innovation point of this study is that it puts forward a specific implementation plan suitable for primary school after-school service, including hierarchical teaching design, online resource integration and evaluation feedback mechanism, and verifies its feasibility and effectiveness. The main contribution is reflected in providing practical reference for education administrators and front-line teachers, promoting the in-depth application of blended learning in the field of basic education, and providing new ideas for realizing high-quality development of after-school services.
