摘 要
听力障碍学生作为特殊教育群体,其心理健康问题日益受到关注。本研究基于当前社会对听力障碍学生心理支持的不足,旨在探索有效的心理健康教育与辅导策略。通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方法,研究选取了300名听力障碍学生及其教师为对象,系统评估了该群体的心理健康现状及需求特征。研究发现,听力障碍学生普遍存在社交焦虑、自我认同感低等问题,而传统干预手段难以完全满足其个性化需求。为此,本研究提出融合技术辅助与人本关怀的综合辅导模式,强调家庭、学校和社会三方联动的重要性。创新点在于首次将虚拟现实技术应用于听力障碍学生的心理辅导实践,并验证了其在提升情绪管理和社交技能方面的显著效果。研究结果为完善听力障碍学生心理健康服务体系提供了理论依据和实践参考,对促进其全面成长具有重要意义。

Abstract
Students with hearing impairments, as a special education group, have increasingly drawn attention regarding their mental health issues. In response to the insufficient psychological support currently provided to students with hearing impairments, this study aims to explore effective strategies for mental health education and counseling. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, the study examines 300 students with hearing impairments and their teachers, systematically evaluating the current state of mental health and specific needs within this population. The findings indicate that students with hearing impairments commonly experience social anxiety and low self-identity, while traditional intervention methods struggle to fully address their individualized requirements. To address these challenges, this study proposes an integrated counseling model that combines technology-assisted approaches with humanistic care, emphasizing the significance of collaboration among families, schools, and society. A key innovation lies in the first application of virtual reality technology to the psychological counseling practice for students with hearing impairments, which has been validated as significantly effective in enhancing emotional regulation and social skills. The results provide theoretical foundations and practical references for improving the mental health service system for students with hearing impairments, playing a crucial role in promoting their holistic development.
