随着城市化进程的加快,污水处理面临日益严峻的挑战,传统工艺在处理高浓度有机废水和新兴污染物时表现出一定局限性,生物强化技术作为一种创新解决方案逐渐受到关注本研究旨在评估生物强化技术在城市污水处理中的效能,通过实验室模拟与现场试验相结合的方法,选取典型城市污水样本,引入特定功能微生物菌群,并对比分析不同运行条件下的污染物去除率、系统稳定性和经济成本结果表明,生物强化技术能够显著提高COD、氨氮和总磷的去除效率,分别提升25%、30%和20%以上,同时对部分微污染物如抗生素和内分泌干扰物也展现出良好的降解能力此外,该技术在低温条件下仍保持较高活性,适应性强研究还发现,优化投加方式和控制微生物代谢路径可进一步提升系统性能,降低运行成本总体而言,生物强化技术为城市污水处理提供了高效、可持续的新途径,其在实际工程应用中具有广阔前景,特别是在应对复杂水质和高标准排放要求方面展现了独特优势本研究不仅验证了技术可行性,还为后续工艺设计与优化提供了科学依据

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, wastewater treatment is facing increasingly severe challenges. Conventional processes exhibit certain limitations in treating high-strength organic wastewater and emerging pollutants, leading to growing attention on bioaugmentation technology as an innovative solution. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of bioaugmentation technology in urban wastewater treatment by combining laboratory simulations with field trials. Typical urban wastewater samples were selected, and specific functional microbial consortia were introduced. The removal rates of pollutants, system stability, and economic costs under different operating conditions were compared and analyzed. Results indicate that bioaugmentation technology significantly enhances the removal efficiencies of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus by more than 25%, 30%, and 20%, respectively. Additionally, it demonstrates good degradation capabilities for certain micropollutants, such as antibiotics and endocrine disruptors. The technology maintains high activity under low-temperature conditions, showing strong adaptability. Furthermore, the study reveals that optimizing dosing methods and controlling microbial me tabolic pathways can further improve system performance and reduce operational costs. Overall, bioaugmentation technology provides an efficient and sustainable new approach for urban wastewater treatment, with broad prospects for practical engineering applications, particularly in addressing complex water quality and stringent discharge requirements. This research not only verifies the technical feasibility but also offers scientific evidence for subsequent process design and optimization.
