摘 要
脑瘫儿童的运动功能障碍严重影响其生活质量，针对这一问题，本研究旨在探索有效的康复训练方法以改善其运动能力。研究选取了60名3至12岁的脑瘫儿童作为对象，采用随机对照试验设计，将受试者分为实验组和对照组，实验组接受为期12周的综合运动康复训练，包括神经发育疗法、功能性电刺激及平衡训练等，而对照组仅接受常规护理。通过对比两组在粗大运动功能量表（GMFM）和精细运动能力评估中的得分变化，结果显示实验组在运动功能方面显著优于对照组，特别是在平衡控制、步态协调及上肢灵活性方面取得了明显进步。本研究创新性地结合多种康复技术，提出了一套系统化的训练方案，为脑瘫儿童的个性化康复提供了科学依据，同时强调早期干预与家庭参与的重要性，对提升康复效果具有重要实践意义。

Abstract
The motor dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy significantly impairs their quality of life, and this study aims to explore effective rehabilitation training methods to improve their motor abilities. A total of 60 children with cerebral palsy aged 3 to 12 were selected as participants and assigned to either the experimental group or the control group using a randomized controlled trial design. The experimental group underwent a 12-week comprehensive motor rehabilitation program, which included neurodevelopmental therapy, functional electrical stimulation, and balance training, while the control group received only routine care. By comparing changes in scores on the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) and fine motor ability assessments between the two groups, the results demonstrated that the experimental group exhibited significantly better motor function than the control group, particularly showing marked improvements in balance control, gait coordination, and upper limb flexibility. This study innovatively integrates multiple rehabilitation techniques to propose a systematic training protocol, providing a scientific basis for personalized rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy. It also emphasizes the importance of early intervention and family involvement, offering significant practical implications for enhancing rehabilitation outcomes.
