摘要
城市热岛效应作为全球城市化进程中的重要环境问题,对人类健康、生态系统和能源消耗产生了深远影响。为评估缓解措施的环境效益,本研究以典型城市区域为对象,综合运用遥感监测、气象数据分析及数值模拟方法,系统分析了绿地扩展、屋顶绿化、高反射率材料应用等策略对降低地表温度、改善空气质量及减少碳排放的作用。研究通过构建多指标评价体系,量化了不同措施在环境效益方面的贡献,并结合成本效益分析,提出了优化方案。结果表明,屋顶绿化与高反射率材料的组合措施在降低局部温度方面效果显著,同时可减少约15%的夏季空调能耗;而绿地扩展则在提升空气质量和调节微气候方面具有独特优势。本研究创新性地引入了动态评估模型,将时间维度纳入效益分析,为政策制定者提供了科学依据。主要贡献在于明确了各类缓解措施的适用场景及其协同效应,为城市规划与可持续发展提供了参考框架。

Abstract
The urban heat island (UHI) effect, as a critical environmental issue in the global urbanization process, has profound implications for human health, ecosystems, and energy consumption. To evaluate the environmental benefits of mitigation measures, this study focuses on typical urban areas, integrating remote sensing monitoring, meteorological data analysis, and numerical simulation methods to systematically analyze the effects of strategies such as green space expansion, rooftop greening, and the application of high reflectance materials on reducing surface temperature, improving air quality, and decreasing carbon emissions. By constructing a multi-indicator evaluation system, the study quantifies the contributions of different measures in terms of environmental benefits and combines cost-benefit analysis to propose optimized solutions. The results indicate that the combination of rooftop greening and high reflectance materials significantly reduces local temperatures and can decrease summer air conditioning energy consumption by approximately 15%. In contrast, green space expansion demonstrates unique advantages in enhancing air quality and regulating microclimates. This research innovatively introduces a dynamic assessment model, incorporating the time dimension into benefit analysis, thereby providing scientific evidence for policymakers. The primary contribution lies in clarifying the applicable scenarios of various mitigation measures and their synergistic effects, offering a reference fr amework for urban planning and sustainable development.
