摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻,绿色工程项目管理成为推动可持续发展的重要领域。本研究旨在探讨绿色工程项目管理中可持续发展策略的应用与优化,以实现经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的统一。研究基于系统性文献综述和案例分析方法,选取了多个具有代表性的绿色工程项目进行深入剖析,并结合生命周期评估理论构建了一套综合评价体系。通过定量与定性相结合的研究方法,揭示了当前绿色工程项目在资源利用、碳排放控制及社会影响等方面存在的关键问题。研究发现,通过引入全生命周期管理理念、强化技术创新以及完善政策支持体系,可以显著提升绿色工程项目的可持续发展水平。本研究的创新点在于首次将多维度评价模型应用于绿色工程项目管理实践,并提出了具体可行的改进策略。这些策略不仅有助于降低项目实施过程中的环境负担,还能够促进相关利益方的协同合作。总体而言,本研究为绿色工程项目管理提供了理论支持和实践指导,对推动建筑行业乃至整个社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, green engineering project management has emerged as a critical field for promoting sustainable development. This study aims to explore the application and optimization of sustainable development strategies in green engineering project management, with the goal of achieving a harmonious integration of economic, environmental, and social benefits. Based on a systematic literature review and case analysis methodology, this research selects several representative green engineering projects for in-depth examination and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system incorporating life cycle assessment theory. By employing a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, the study identifies key challenges in resource utilization, carbon emission control, and social impact within current green engineering projects. The findings indicate that introducing the concept of full life cycle management, enhancing technological innovation, and improving policy support systems can significantly elevate the level of sustainability in green engineering projects. A notable innovation of this study lies in its pioneering application of a multi-dimensional evaluation model to green engineering project management practice, along with the proposal of concrete and feasible improvement strategies. These strategies not only help reduce environmental burdens during project implementation but also foster collaborative cooperation among relevant stakeholders. Overall, this research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for green engineering project management, playing a vital role in advancing sustainable development within the construction industry and society at large.
