摘 要
本研究旨在探讨学校与社区合作的可行性及其对教育质量提升的作用，通过系统分析合作模式的构建机制、运行方式及成效评估，为教育实践提供理论支持。学校与社区合作能够显著拓展教育资源，增强学生的社会参与能力和综合素养，同时促进社区文化的传承与发展。研究进一步发现，合作模式的成功依赖于明确的目标设定、有效的沟通机制以及持续的评价反馈体系。本研究的创新点在于提出了一种动态协作框架，强调以学生为中心的多主体协同作用，并首次将社区文化资本纳入教育质量评估体系。

The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of the cooperation between schools and the community and its role in the improvement of education quality, and to provide theoretical support for educational practice through the systematic analysis of the construction mechanism, operation mode and effectiveness evaluation of the cooperation mode. The cooperation between schools and communities can significantly expand educational resources, enhance students' social participation ability and comprehensive literacy, and promote the inheritance and development of community culture. The study further found that the success of cooperation mode depends on clear goal setting, effective communication mechanism, and continuous evaluation and feedback system. The innovative point of this study is to propose a dynamic collaboration fr amework that emphasizes student-centered multi-agent synergy, and for the first time incorporates community cultural capital into the educational quality assessment system.
