高校体育教育专业实践教学环节的优化策略研究

摘  要:随着我国高等教育的快速发展和体育强国战略的深入推进,高校体育教育专业的实践教学环节面临着新的机遇与挑战。本研究旨在优化高校体育教育专业实践教学体系,提升学生的综合实践能力和职业素养。通过文献分析、问卷调查及案例研究等方法,系统梳理了当前高校体育教育专业实践教学中存在的问题,如实践内容单一、评价机制不完善以及校企合作深度不足等。在此基础上,研究提出了以“多元化实践内容设计”“全过程动态评价体系构建”和“深化产教融合协同育人模式”为核心的优化策略。研究结果表明,上述策略能够有效改善实践教学质量,增强学生的职业适应能力与创新能力。本研究的创新点在于将产教融合理念融入实践教学改革,并提出具体可行的操作路径,为同类院校提供了可借鉴的经验,对推动高校体育教育专业人才培养质量的提升具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of higher education in China and the deepening implementation of the sports power strategy, the practical teaching component of physical education majors in colleges and universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. This study aims to optimize the practical teaching system for physical education majors, thereby enhancing students' comprehensive practical abilities and professional qualities. Through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research systematically examines existing issues in the current practical teaching of physical education majors, including单一 practice content, an imperfect evaluation mechanism, and insufficient depth in school-enterprise cooperation. Based on these findings, the study proposes optimization strategies centered on "diversified practice content design," "the construction of a dynamic evaluation system throughout the process," and "deepening industry-education integration for collaborative talent cultivation." The results indicate that these strategies can effectively improve the quality of practical teaching, strengthen students' professional adaptability, and foster their innovation capabilities. The innovation of this study lies in integrating the concept of industry-education fusion into practical teaching reform and proposing specific and feasible operational paths, providing referenceable experiences for similar institutions. This has significant implications for promoting the enhancement of talent cultivation quality in physical education majors at higher education institutions.
