摘  要:随着健康中国战略的深入推进,高校体育课程在促进学生体质健康和全面发展中的作用日益凸显,然而当前体能训练模块的设计与实施仍存在目标模糊、内容单一及评价体系不完善等问题。本研究旨在通过系统化的理论分析与实践探索,优化高校体育课程中体能训练模块的设计与实施路径。研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及实验研究法相结合的方式,对不同层次学生的体能需求进行精准定位,并构建了以核心力量、耐力、灵活性及协调性为核心的多元化训练体系。通过为期一学年的实证研究发现,该模块显著提升了学生的体能水平和运动参与积极性,同时促进了心理素质的改善。本研究的创新点在于将个性化训练理念融入模块设计,并引入智能化评估工具以实现动态监测与反馈,为高校体育课程改革提供了可操作性强的实践范例,也为相关领域的深入研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:With the deepening implementation of the Healthy China strategy, the role of physical education courses in colleges and universities in promoting students' physical health and overall development has become increasingly prominent. However, issues such as vague ob jectives,单一 content, and an incomplete evaluation system still exist in the design and implementation of physical fitness training modules. This study aims to optimize the design and implementation pathways of physical fitness training modules in university physical education courses through systematic theoretical analysis and practical exploration. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, and experimental research, this study accurately identifies the physical fitness needs of students at different levels and constructs a diversified training system centered on core strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. A one-academic-year empirical study reveals that this module significantly enhances students' physical fitness levels and their enthusiasm for sports participation while also improving psychological素质. The innovation of this study lies in integrating personalized training concepts into module design and introducing intelligent assessment tools for dynamic monitoring and feedback. This provides a highly operational practical example for the reform of physical education courses in higher education institutions and lays a foundation for further research in related fields.
