摘 要：高校体育教学中运动损伤的预防是保障学生健康与提升教学质量的重要环节。本研究基于当前高校体育活动中运动损伤频发的背景，旨在探索系统化的运动损伤预防教育模式，以降低损伤发生率并提高学生的安全意识。研究采用问卷调查、访谈和实验对比相结合的方法，收集了来自多所高校的样本数据，并分析了现有体育教学中预防教育的不足之处。结果显示，通过引入针对性的预防教育课程，学生的运动损伤发生率显著下降，同时其对运动风险的认知水平和自我保护能力均有所提升。本研究的创新点在于构建了一套融合理论知识与实践技能的预防教育框架，强调个性化指导与动态监控的重要性。这一成果为高校体育教学提供了科学依据和实践参考，有助于推动体育教育体系的完善与发展。

Abstract：The prevention of sports injuries in college physical education is a critical component for ensuring student health and enhancing teaching quality. This study, conducted against the backdrop of frequent sports injuries in current college sports activities, aims to explore a systematic model of injury prevention education to reduce the incidence of injuries and improve students' safety awareness. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, interviews, and experimental comparisons, data were collected from multiple universities to analyze the deficiencies in existing preventive education within physical education curricula. The results indicate that the introduction of targeted preventive education courses significantly decreases the rate of sports injuries among students while improving their understanding of运动 risks and self-protection capabilities. A key innovation of this research lies in the development of an integrated preventive education fr amework that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, emphasizing the importance of personalized guidance and dynamic monitoring. This outcome provides scientific evidence and practical references for college physical education, contributing to the refinement and development of the sports education system.
