摘 要:随着素质教育的深入推进,中学体育教学面临资源分散、利用效率低等问题,亟需通过资源整合与优化配置提升教学质量。本研究以中学体育教学资源的整合与利用为切入点,旨在探索有效路径以促进体育教学水平的整体提升。研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和案例研究法相结合的方式,对当前中学体育教学资源的现状进行系统梳理,并分析其在实际应用中的问题与挑战。研究发现,通过构建多元化的资源整合模式,如数字化资源平台建设、校内外资源协同开发以及教师专业能力培养,能够显著提高资源利用率并增强学生参与度。此外,本研究创新性地提出“区域联动”理念,强调学校间资源共享与合作机制的建立,为解决资源不均衡问题提供了新思路。研究表明,科学合理的资源整合不仅有助于改善教学效果,还能推动体育教育公平发展,为中学体育教学改革提供理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract:With the deepening of quality-oriented education, secondary school physical education faces issues such as dispersed resources and low utilization efficiency, necessitating the optimization of resource integration to enhance teaching quality. This study focuses on the integration and utilization of physical education resources in secondary schools, aiming to explore effective approaches for comprehensively improving the level of physical education. By combining literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research systematically examines the current status of physical education resources in secondary schools and analyzes the problems and challenges encountered in practical applications. The findings indicate that constructing diversified models of resource integration, such as developing digital resource platforms, promoting collaborative development of both in-school and out-of-school resources, and enhancing teachers' professional capabilities, can significantly improve resource utilization and increase student engagement. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes the concept of "regional synergy," emphasizing the establishment of mechanisms for resource sharing and cooperation among schools, which provides new solutions to address resource imbalance. The study demonstrates that scientifically planned resource integration not only improves teaching outcomes but also promotes equitable development in physical education, offering theoretical support and practical guidance for reforming secondary school physical education.
