摘 要:随着素质教育的深入推进,小学体育教学逐渐从传统模式向多元化、趣味化方向转变,游戏化教学法作为一种创新的教学策略受到广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨游戏化教学法在小学体育教学中的应用效果及其对学生身体素质、运动兴趣和课堂参与度的影响。研究采用准实验设计,选取某市两所小学的四年级学生为研究对象,通过为期一学期的对比实验,结合问卷调查、访谈和体能测试等方法收集数据。结果表明,游戏化教学法显著提升了学生的运动兴趣和课堂参与积极性,同时在增强学生身体协调性、耐力和灵活性方面表现出良好效果。此外,该方法有效缓解了传统体育教学中学生注意力分散和厌学情绪的问题。本研究的创新点在于系统评估了游戏化教学法的具体实施路径及其对不同维度教学目标的达成作用,为小学体育教学改革提供了实证支持和实践参考,进一步推动了游戏化教学法在基础教育领域的应用与发展。

Abstract:With the deepening of quality-oriented education, primary school physical education is gradually shifting from traditional models towards diversification and ization, with gamified teaching methods gaining significant attention as an innovative instructional strategy. This study aims to explore the application effects of gamified teaching methods in primary school physical education and their impacts on students' physical fitness, interest in sports, and classroom participation. A quasi-experimental design was adopted, selecting fourth-grade students from two primary schools in a city as research participants. Data were collected through a semester-long comparative experiment, combined with questionnaires, interviews, and physical fitness tests. The results indicate that gamified teaching methods significantly enhanced students' interest in sports and their enthusiasm for classroom participation, while also demonstrating positive effects on improving students' physical coordination, endurance, and flexibility. Additionally, this approach effectively alleviated issues of ed attention and disinterest commonly found in traditional physical education. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic evaluation of the specific implementation pathways of gamified teaching methods and their contributions to achieving various dimensions of educational ob jectives, providing empirical support and practical references for the reform of primary school physical education. This further promotes the application and development of gamified teaching methods in basic education.
