摘 要:随着我国教育体系的不断完善,体育教育在高校人才培养中的重要性日益凸显,但当前高校体育教育专业在学生能力培养方面仍存在不足。本研究旨在探讨如何通过优化课程设置与教学模式,提升体育教育专业学生的实际教学能力和综合素养。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析相结合的方法,对全国15所高校的体育教育专业学生和教师展开调研,系统评估了现有培养方案的优势与局限。结果显示,大部分学生在理论知识掌握较好,但在实践教学能力、创新意识和跨学科整合能力方面存在明显短板。为此,本研究提出以“能力导向”为核心的培养模式改革方案,强调实践教学环节的强化和多元化评价机制的构建。研究结论表明,注重体育教育能力的培养不仅有助于提升学生的就业竞争力,还能更好地满足社会对高素质体育教育人才的需求。本研究的创新点在于首次将能力模型引入体育教育专业培养体系,并提出了具体可行的改进路径,为相关领域的教学改革提供了有益参考。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of China's education system, the importance of physical education in the cultivation of talents in higher education institutions has become increasingly prominent. However, there are still deficiencies in the cultivation of students' abilities in physical education majors in colleges and universities. This study aims to explore how to enhance the practical teaching abilities and comprehensive qualities of students majoring in physical education through optimizing curriculum design and teaching models. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, this research investigates students and teachers from the physical education programs of 15 universities across the country, systematically evaluating the strengths and limitations of the current training programs. The results indicate that while most students demonstrate a solid grasp of theoretical knowledge, they exhibit significant weaknesses in practical teaching skills, innovative thinking, and interdisciplinary integration capabilities. In response, this study proposes a reform plan for the training model centered on "competency orientation," emphasizing the reinforcement of practical teaching components and the establishment of diversified evaluation mechanisms. The conclusions suggest that focusing on the cultivation of physical education competencies not only enhances students' employability but also better meets societal demands for high-quality physical education professionals. The innovation of this study lies in its pioneering introduction of a competency model into the training system for physical education majors, along with the proposal of specific and feasible improvement pathways, providing valuable references for teaching reforms in related fields.
