摘 要:随着素质教育的深入推进,分层教学法作为一种以学生为中心的教学策略,在促进个性化发展方面展现出显著优势,但其在中学体育课堂中的应用尚需进一步探索本研究旨在通过系统分析分层教学法在中学体育课堂中的实践效果,为优化体育教学提供理论与实践支持研究选取某中学七至九年级学生作为研究对象,采用准实验研究设计,结合问卷调查、访谈和课堂观察等多方法收集数据结果表明,分层教学法能够有效提升学生的运动技能水平、学习兴趣及课堂参与度,尤其对中等及以下水平的学生具有更为明显的促进作用此外,该方法有助于教师更精准地把握学生个体差异,从而制定更具针对性的教学计划本研究创新性地提出了基于运动能力、兴趣和发展需求的三维分层模型,并验证了其在实际教学中的可行性和有效性,为中学体育教学改革提供了新思路和实证依据

Abstract:With the deepening of quality-oriented education, differentiated instruction, as a student-centered teaching strategy, has demonstrated significant advantages in promoting individualized development. However, its application in secondary school physical education classes requires further exploration. This study aims to systematically analyze the practical effects of differentiated instruction in secondary school physical education classrooms, providing theoretical and empirical support for optimizing physical education teaching. Participants included students from grades seven to nine at a selected secondary school, with a quasi-experimental research design employed. Data were collected through multiple methods, including questionnaires, interviews, and classroom observations. The results indicate that differentiated instruction effectively enhances students' motor skill levels, learning interest, and classroom participation, particularly benefiting students of medium and lower proficiency levels. Additionally, this approach enables teachers to more accurately identify individual differences among students, facilitating the development of more targeted teaching plans. Innovatively, this study proposes a three-dimensional stratification model based on athletic ability, interest, and developmental needs, and validates its feasibility and effectiveness in real-world teaching scenarios. This provides new perspectives and empirical evidence for reforming secondary school physical education instruction.
