摘 要：随着我国体育事业的快速发展，体育教育专业人才的需求日益增加，而实习基地作为连接理论与实践的重要桥梁，在人才培养中发挥着不可替代的作用本研究以体育教育专业学生实习基地建设与管理为切入点，旨在探索科学有效的建设路径和管理模式，提升实习质量研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和案例研究法，对当前实习基地的现状进行深入剖析，发现存在基地资源分布不均、管理机制不够完善以及实践教学内容单一等问题针对这些问题，研究提出构建多元化实习基地网络、优化管理评价体系以及强化校企合作等创新性策略通过实证分析表明，这些措施能够显著提高实习基地的利用率和学生的实践能力研究结果表明，系统化的实习基地建设和管理不仅有助于增强学生的专业素养，还能促进体育教育资源的均衡配置，为体育教育专业的可持续发展提供有力支持本研究的主要贡献在于提出了具有可操作性的建设方案，并为同类院校的实习基地管理提供了参考范式

Research on the Construction and Management of Internship Bases for Physical Education Major Students

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's sports industry, the demand for professional talent in sports education has been increasing steadily. As an essential bridge connecting theory and practice, internship bases play an irreplaceable role in talent cultivation. This study focuses on the construction and management of internship bases for students majoring in sports education, aiming to explore scientific and effective pathways for their establishment and innovative models for their administration in order to enhance the quality of internships. By employing methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research conducts an in-depth examination of the current state of internship bases, identifying issues including uneven distribution of base resources, insufficiently developed management mechanisms, and overly simplistic practical teaching content. In response to these challenges, the study proposes strategies such as constructing a diversified network of internship bases, optimizing the management and evaluation system, and strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises. Empirical analysis demonstrates that these measures can significantly improve the utilization rate of internship bases and enhance students' practical abilities. The findings indicate that systematic construction and management of internship bases not only contribute to improving students' professional competence but also facilitate the equitable allocation of sports educational resources, providing strong support for the sustainable development of sports education programs. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing actionable construction plans and offering a reference fr amework for the management of internship bases in similar institutions.
