摘  要:在全球化与本土化交融的时代背景下,体育教育面临着如何传承与创新中华优秀传统文化的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨将传统文化融入体育教育课程的改革方向,以提升学生的文化认同感和综合素养。通过文献分析、问卷调查及案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前体育教育中传统文化元素的应用现状,并深入剖析其存在的问题与挑战。研究表明,传统体育项目如武术、太极等在校园中的推广虽取得一定成效,但普遍存在教学内容单一、师资力量不足以及评价体系不完善等问题。为此,本研究提出构建多元化的课程体系,强化师资培训,并借助现代科技手段优化教学模式的改革路径。研究结果表明,融合传统文化的体育教育不仅能增强学生对民族文化的理解与认同,还能促进身心健康与人格塑造的全面发展。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了具有可操作性的改革框架,为体育教育的创新发展提供了理论支持与实践参考,同时强调了文化传承与体育教育协同发展的必要性与可行性。

Reforming Directions of Physical Education Curriculum by Integrating Traditional Culture

Abstract:In the context of the integration of globalization and localization, physical education is confronted with the significant challenge of inheriting and innovating excellent traditional Chinese culture. This study aims to explore the reform directions for incorporating traditional culture into physical education curricula in order to enhance students' cultural identity and comprehensive quality. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research systematically reviews the current application of traditional cultural elements in physical education and thoroughly examines the existing problems and challenges. The findings indicate that the promotion of traditional sports such as martial arts and Tai Chi in schools has achieved certain successes; however, issues such as单一 teaching content, insufficient teaching staff, and incomplete evaluation systems are prevalent. In response, this study proposes the construction of a diversified curriculum system, the strengthening of teacher training, and the optimization of teaching models through modern technological means. The results demonstrate that integrating traditional culture into physical education not only enhances students' understanding and identification with national culture but also promotes their overall development in mental and physical health as well as personality shaping. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing an operational reform fr amework that provides theoretical support and practical references for the innovative development of physical education while emphasizing the necessity and feasibility of the synergistic development of cultural inheritance and physical education.
