摘 要：青少年足球作为体育发展的重要组成部分，其技术技能与战术意识的培养对提升竞技水平具有关键意义。本研究基于当前青少年足球训练中技术与战术分离、实践应用不足等问题，旨在探索技术技能与战术意识协同发展的有效路径。研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和实验研究法相结合的方式，选取某地区120名青少年足球运动员为研究对象，通过为期一年的系统化训练干预，考察技术技能与战术意识的融合效果。结果表明，将技术训练与战术思维有机结合能够显著提高青少年球员的综合能力，特别是在比赛情境中的决策速度和执行准确性方面表现突出。此外，研究创新性地提出“情境模拟训练法”，通过真实比赛场景的构建，强化了球员在动态环境中的适应能力和应变策略。这一方法不仅弥补了传统训练模式的局限，还为青少年足球训练提供了新的理论支持和实践指导。总体而言，本研究揭示了技术技能与战术意识同步培养的重要性，并为优化青少年足球训练体系提供了有价值的参考。

A Study on the Development of Technical Skills and Tactical Awareness in Youth Football Training

Abstract：Youth football, as an essential component of sports development, plays a critical role in enhancing competitive performance through the cultivation of technical skills and tactical awareness. This study addresses existing issues in youth football training, such as the separation of technical and tactical elements and insufficient practical application, by exploring effective pathways for the integrated development of technical skills and tactical awareness. Combining literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and experimental research, this study selected 120 young football players from a specific region as research participants. A one-year systematic training intervention was implemented to evaluate the integration effects of technical skills and tactical awareness. The findings indicate that combining technical training with tactical thinking significantly improves the overall capabilities of young players, particularly in terms of decision-making speed and execution accuracy during match scenarios. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes the "situation simulation training method," which constructs realistic match situations to enhance players' adaptability and response strategies in dynamic environments. This approach not only overcomes the limitations of traditional training models but also provides new theoretical support and practical guidance for youth football training. Overall, this research highlights the importance of synchronously developing technical skills and tactical awareness and offers valuable references for optimizing the youth football training system.
