摘 要:青少年田径运动员的力量训练是提升运动表现和预防运动损伤的重要手段,然而其科学性和有效性尚需深入探讨本研究以120名14至18岁的青少年田径运动员为对象,通过为期16周的实验设计,系统评估了不同力量训练模式对其身体素质、专项成绩及生理指标的影响研究采用随机对照试验方法,将受试者分为传统力量训练组、爆发力训练组、混合训练组及对照组,并结合生物力学分析、生理监测及问卷调查等多维度数据采集手段结果表明,混合训练组在最大力量、爆发力及专项成绩方面的提升幅度显著高于其他组别,且运动损伤发生率较低此外,研究发现力量训练对青少年骨密度的正向影响尤为突出,体现了其在长期健康发育中的重要性本研究创新性地提出了基于个体发育阶段的力量训练优化模型,并验证了混合训练模式在青少年田径运动员中的适用性和优越性,为制定科学化、个性化的训练方案提供了理论依据和实践参考这一研究成果对促进青少年田径运动的健康发展具有重要意义

An Evaluation of the Scientific Basis and Effectiveness of Strength Training for Adolescent Track and Field Athletes

Abstract:Strength training for adolescent track and field athletes is a critical approach to enhancing athletic performance and preventing sports injuries, yet its scientific basis and effectiveness warrant further investigation. This study involved 120 adolescent track and field athletes aged 14 to 18 in a 16-week experimental design to systematically evaluate the impact of different strength training modes on their physical fitness, sport-specific performance, and physiological indicators. A randomized controlled trial method was employed, dividing participants into four groups: traditional strength training, power training, combined training, and a control group, with multidimensional data collection incorporating biomechanical analysis, physiological monitoring, and questionnaire surveys. The results demonstrated that the combined training group exhibited significantly greater improvements in maximal strength, explosive power, and sport-specific performance compared to other groups, along with a lower incidence of sports injuries. Additionally, the study revealed a particularly pronounced positive effect of strength training on bone density in adolescents, highlighting its importance in long-term healthy development. This research innovatively proposed an optimized strength training model based on individual developmental stages and validated the applicability and superiority of the combined training mode for adolescent track and field athletes, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of scientific and personalized training programs. These findings hold significant implications for promoting the healthy development of adolescent track and field sports.
