摘 要:篮球作为一项集体运动项目，其教学过程不仅注重个体技术的提升，更强调团队协作能力的培养。本研究以当前学校体育教育中团队协作能力培养存在的不足为背景，旨在探索有效的篮球教学策略以促进学生团队协作能力的发展。通过文献分析、问卷调查和实验研究相结合的方法，选取某高校篮球课程为研究对象，设计并实施了为期一学期的教学干预方案。结果表明，基于角色分工与目标导向的教学模式能够显著提高学生的沟通能力、配合意识和责任担当，同时增强了团队凝聚力和整体竞技水平。此外，研究创新性地引入数字化反馈工具，实时记录和评估学生在团队活动中的表现，为个性化指导提供了科学依据。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一套系统化的篮球教学框架，将团队协作能力的培养融入具体的教学环节，并验证了其可行性和有效性，为相关领域的理论研究与实践应用提供了有益参考。

Abstract:Basketball, as a team sport, emphasizes not only the improvement of individual skills but also the cultivation of teamwork abilities in its teaching process. This study, against the backdrop of existing deficiencies in fostering teamwork abilities within current school physical education programs, aims to explore effective basketball teaching strategies that promote students' teamwork capabilities. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and experimental research, this study selected a university basketball course as the research subject and designed and implemented a teaching intervention plan spanning one semester. The results indicate that a teaching model based on role division and goal orientation significantly enhances students' communication skills, cooperative awareness, and sense of responsibility while strengthening team cohesion and overall competitive performance. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates digital feedback tools to record and evaluate students' performances in team activities in real time, providing a scientific basis for personalized guidance. The primary contribution of this research is the proposal of a systematic basketball teaching fr amework that integrates the cultivation of teamwork abilities into specific teaching components, demonstrating both its feasibility and effectiveness. This provides valuable references for theoretical research and practical applications in related fields.
