摘 要:随着教育理念的不断更新,传统体育教学模式逐渐显现出缺乏吸引力、学生参与度低等问题,而游戏化教学法作为一种新兴的教学策略,为解决上述问题提供了新的思路本研究旨在探讨基于游戏化教学法的体育教学创新实践,通过设计和实施一系列融入游戏元素的教学活动,提升学生的运动兴趣和学习效果研究采用行动研究法与实验对比法相结合的方式,在某中学选取两个平行班级进行为期一学期的教学实验,其中实验组采用游戏化教学法,对照组则沿用传统教学方法通过对学生的学习动机、课堂参与度及运动技能掌握情况的量化分析,发现实验组学生在以上各方面均显著优于对照组此外,问卷调查和访谈结果表明,游戏化教学法能够有效激发学生的内在动机,增强团队合作意识,并促进个性化发展本研究的创新点在于将游戏化教学法系统性地应用于体育教学中,构建了包含目标设定、即时反馈和竞争激励等核心要素的教学框架,为体育教学改革提供了可操作的实践路径研究结果表明,游戏化教学法不仅有助于提高体育教学的质量,还能培养学生的综合素养,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义

An Exploration of Innovative Practices in Physical Education Based on Gamification Teaching Methods

Abstract:With the continuous updating of educational concepts, traditional physical education teaching models have gradually revealed problems such as lack of appeal and low student participation. As an emerging teaching strategy, gamification provides new solutions to address these issues. This study aims to explore the innovative practice of physical education teaching based on gamification by designing and implementing a series of teaching activities integrated with game elements, thereby enhancing students' interest in sports and learning outcomes. The research combines action research and experimental comparison methods, selecting two parallel classes from a secondary school for a semester-long teaching experiment. The experimental group adopted gamified teaching methods, while the control group continued with traditional teaching approaches. Through quantitative analysis of students' learning motivation, classroom participation, and mastery of sports skills, it was found that students in the experimental group significantly outperformed those in the control group in all aspects. Moreover, questionnaire surveys and interview results indicate that gamification can effectively stimulate students' intrinsic motivation, enhance team cooperation awareness, and promote individualized development. The innovation of this study lies in systematically applying gamified teaching methods to physical education, constructing a teaching fr amework that includes core elements such as goal setting, instant feedback, and competitive incentives, thus providing an operational practical path for the reform of physical education teaching. The results show that gamified teaching not only improves the quality of physical education but also cultivates students' comprehensive literacy, demonstrating significant theoretical and practical implications.
