摘 要:随着高校体育教育的不断发展,运动损伤已成为影响体育专业学生健康与训练效果的重要问题。本研究旨在系统调查高校体育专业学生对运动损伤相关知识的认知水平及其行为特征,以期为优化运动损伤预防策略提供科学依据。研究采用问卷调查法,选取某地区三所高校的450名体育专业学生作为样本,通过自编问卷收集其在运动损伤知识、预防意识及实际行为方面的数据,并结合统计分析方法进行深入探讨。结果显示,大部分学生对常见运动损伤类型和基本预防措施有一定了解,但对具体损伤机制及科学处理方法的认识仍显不足;此外,尽管多数学生具备一定的预防意识,但在实际训练中未能有效落实相关措施,存在知行脱节的现象。本研究创新性地将知识认知与行为实践相结合,揭示了高校体育专业学生在运动损伤领域的现状及问题,并提出加强针对性教育、完善训练监督体系等建议,为提升学生的运动安全水平提供了重要参考。研究成果不仅有助于深化对该群体健康状况的理解,也为高校体育教学改革提供了理论支持。

Investigation of Knowledge and Behavior Regarding Sports Injuries Among Physical Education Students in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract:With the continuous development of physical education in colleges and universities, sports injuries have become a significant issue affecting the health and training effectiveness of physical education majors. This study aims to systematically investigate the level of knowledge and behavioral characteristics of college students majoring in physical education regarding sports injuries, providing scientific evidence for optimizing injury prevention strategies. A questionnaire survey method was employed, selecting 450 physical education majors from three universities in a specific region as the sample. Data were collected using a self-compiled questionnaire focusing on knowledge of sports injuries, preventive awareness, and actual behaviors, followed by an in-depth analysis using statistical methods. The results indicate that most students have a basic understanding of common types of sports injuries and fundamental preventive measures; however, their knowledge of specific injury mechanisms and scientific treatment methods remains insufficient. Furthermore, although many students possess some preventive awareness, they fail to effectively implement relevant measures during actual training, leading to a disconnection between knowledge and practice. Innovatively integrating knowledge cognition with behavioral practice, this study reveals the current status and problems faced by physical education majors in the field of sports injuries and proposes recommendations such as enhancing targeted education and improving the training supervision system to elevate students' sports safety levels. The findings not only contribute to a deeper understanding of the health conditions of this group but also provide theoretical support for reforms in college physical education teaching.
