摘 要:随着高等教育的不断发展,大学体育课程作为提升学生身心健康和综合素质的重要途径,其教学模式亟需从传统的一刀切模式向个性化、差异化的方向转变。本研究旨在探索并设计适应不同学生需求的个性化体育教学方案,并通过实践验证其可行性和有效性。为此,研究首先基于文献分析与问卷调查,明确了当前大学体育课程中存在的问题及学生个体差异的需求特征;其次,结合教育学、运动科学和心理学理论,构建了一套以学生为中心的个性化教学框架,该框架强调目标分层、内容定制和评价多元;最后,在某高校开展为期一学期的教学实验,通过对比实验组与对照组的学习效果,发现个性化教学显著提升了学生的参与积极性、技能掌握水平和自我效能感。研究结果表明,个性化教学方案能够有效满足学生的多样化需求,促进其全面发展。本研究的主要创新点在于将大数据分析技术引入学生需求评估环节,并提出了动态调整的教学策略,为大学体育课程改革提供了新的思路和实践参考。

Design and Practice of Personalized Teaching Programs in University Physical Education Courses

Abstract:With the continuous development of higher education, college physical education courses, as an important avenue for enhancing students' physical and mental health as well as their overall quality, urgently require a transformation from the traditional one-size-fits-all model to a more personalized and differentiated approach. This study aims to explore and design individualized physical education teaching schemes that cater to diverse student needs and validate their feasibility and effectiveness through practical implementation. To achieve this, the research first identified the existing problems in current college physical education courses and the demand characteristics of individual differences among students through literature analysis and questionnaire surveys. Subsequently, by integrating theories from pedagogy, exercise science, and psychology, a student-centered individualized teaching fr amework was constructed, emphasizing hierarchical goal setting, customized content delivery, and diversified evaluation methods. Finally, a one-semester teaching experiment was conducted at a university, comparing the learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group, which revealed that individualized teaching significantly improved students' participation motivation, skill acquisition levels, and self-efficacy. The results indicate that the individualized teaching scheme can effectively meet students' varied needs and promote their holistic development. A key innovation of this study lies in the incorporation of big data analytics for assessing student needs and the proposal of dynamic adjustment strategies for teaching, providing new insights and practical references for the reform of college physical education courses.
